Aalto University is being prepared by a Transformation Organisation with the support of Aalto University Foundation Board. All three universities are preparing the new University including the staffs and students.

The three Student Unions are making preparations for a new Student Union.

The Confederation of Finnish Business EK is co-ordinating the raising of EUR 200 million of the total EUR 700 million of the Foundation's funds.
